Aug 30, 2025 DeMIX Pro is the best for lead/back vocal separation afaik, but I'm not sure about their vocal splitter which I used to get the acapella. I probably would have gotten better lead/back vocal results out of a BS Roformer acapella.

Aug 30, 2025 If you ever don your Starter cap again check out MVSEP. They've got some of the highest quality separators out there. Not sure what you mean exactly when you say you've outgrown your Matthew phase though (if you didn't mean you've outgrown making "spite channels" LOL) unless you've outgrown Eminem, which evidently isn't entirely the case. Making (or "cooking", as some call it) Eminem edits is admittedly kinda nerdy on some level but I see it in a similar way to how (literal) cooking enthusiasts see home cooking. For example, at the risk of over-intellectualizing rap remixes: Spoiler -Michael Pollan, Cooked I realize you already make your own music though.

Aug 30, 2025 No but I just realized it has karaoke models for lead/back vocal separation, available for free on MVSEP. I'll have to see if the karaoke separates some things better than the ones I usually use. For example the yelling over the Music Box hook.
