Maybe it’s cuz it sounds so recovery Em that it has a nostalgic tone to it. The lyrics and bars are pretty meh, especially for Slim. But it’s fine for background music

Production, writing and chorus. Phoned it in song, like most of the album was. He must have a million songs like this and can tell it was just a random song he decided to put on the album.

Aug 16, 2025 Plus it's just so unecessary and repetitive. The man can't stick to a concept, he insists on putting the blend of 'personal x silly x relationship' tracks. That's what I liked about TDOSS - I'm like FINALLY, not one relationship track. Women don't like the tracks and neither do guys so I don't know exactly who they're for lol, he just gets obsessed with formulas and thinking he needs to make everything balanced. The reason MMLP was so brilliant was because it was NOT balanced. It was extreme. That's good art.
