    What I meant by that post is that it's up to you and anyone else who hasn't extensively listened to both artists to either abstain from voting or wait to vote until you're familiar with both discographies.

    if another thread about who is the better artist in general comes up, obviously I can't vote because I don't have enough knowledge of Thug's discog.

    Let's look at an imaginary scenario, a friend of mine knows I like Death Grips and asks where he/she should start with them. I tell them to listen to some songs like "Get Got," " I've Seen Footage," and "Hacker." They come back and tell me they didn't really like those songs that much. Maybe I'll them to give them a few more listens and give them some other tracks too. They come back and say they still dislike them. Then I tell them, ah man that sucks but whatever, and move on.

    With you, you never give up. You can't realize that there's bigger things than trying to put someone onto your favorite artist. Sometimes people don't like your favorite artist and you just learn to move on. You can't learn like you're in special ed or something.

    answering thread title, saying anything other than Em at this point is dumb..maybe in 10 years young thug would prove he is better than Em...but obviously its not the case as of now
