Been listening to Em since he came out, and I stand by it being some of his best writing & vocal performance. Painting a picture too, all that. Nothing to do with it being on Revival.

Jun 11, 2024 I got 3 big problems with it (the big 3), the delivery drives me crazy, the beat is horrendous and Going Through Changes s----s all over it so why even bother with it imo? same with castle, any time I think of listening to it, I go "well, there's Deja Vu so f--- Castle" UNLESS, you want more of the same but different in some ways which is cool arose tho, can't understand the appeal tbh
Jun 11, 2024 'Untouchable' lit. One of the few bold and worthy songs on 'Revival'. Bold o him to even dare rap for black people, in this climate, and to write both sides like that - a lot of people don't get the first half is almost intentionally horrid because he's embodying horrid cop pig type; the sound matches the character-type... I'm not saying I agree with his simplistic politics or pandering on it, that's irrelevant, I still like the attempt. And the rapping in the second half the song is fantastic. Single mother strugglin' through substance abuse While people with nothin' to lose s---t each other for shoes f--- your Republican views Pull ourselves up by our bootstraps, where the f--- are the boots?
