It will be Slim Shady’s final bow before he dies (maybe kills himself or gets killed) at the album's end. Then Em can move on from that ego for good, and do more mature content.

Just like when someone posts about NoLifeShaq (who I also hate just as bad as Fantano) or whoever and whatever. It's just how it works.
