Apr 14, 2024 Your words: "you can’t just expect to throw any random verse on any beat and expect it to fit, regardless of if the “mood and energy” is perfect" -- then you went on to use the Funk Flex verse as an example, accidentally implying your own mix was "random" and "out of beat" LOL! I sped it up too, but a little too much, I think. Luckily all it needed though was a few tweaks to fit perfectly. As you say, that's not possible with any verse and beat combo, but for more reasons than just bpm. The Ain't Nuttin' but Lights, Cameras mix works in large part because the attitude, mood, etc matches the beat. The fact it could be tweaked to match the bpm is secondary to me, but obviously important too. Notice also my Lights and Soldier mixes aren't just random remixes for the f--- of it, entirely separate from the original songs but adjuncts to them. The goal was to fit as many relevant 2001 verses on my expanded TES edit as possible to enrich and reinvigorate the album. You can't do that with Rabbit Run, Sauce, and When the Music Stops because they wouldn't make sense on it, and Words Are Weapons would stick out like a lost thumb vocally. That's why I have no use for your pointless Soldier remix (besides the fact it sounds horrible, especially the Words Are Weapons part where Eminem sounds r-----ed for some reason). The "irony" of this post after admitting to making that remix unironically LOL.

Just enjoy my remix for how fire it is and drop the jelousy and envy. You could learn and progress alot if you listen to what I say instead of trying to argue every point out of stubbornness.
