Apr 9, 2024 May would be a treat, but I’m really thinking June timeframe for Eminem. Not because slots are filling up, but I’m guessing it’s just how long it’s gotta take to have executive producer touches on it, allow Eminem to listen to it in his car and see if he vibes with it, make small changes, and submit it to hopefully have physicals available in a decent time. He’s not Kanye or a AAA video game studio; he isn’t going to release it and then tweak it later. He and the producers/mastering team has to make sure it’s perfect for what they want before submitting it. That feeling of, alright no more tweaks from here, is probably hard to be comfortable with until you have it super fleshed out. It’s a phenomenon that makes artists get stuck in “the 95% done!” phase for wayyy too long sometimes

Apr 9, 2024 Well i figure it was in the final stages when Dre announced it. -Dre said he will hear the "entire album" the day after the announcement. - He will mix it then - Dre will start finishing Snoops album in middle of april. So all in all, Em had the entire album recorded during Dre's ceremony and the day after Dre mixed it,which is when we got a studio pic of them together two days afterwards. And by now Dre has moved on to snoops project which, i assume, means that there's nothing much else to do with the album itself (assuming Dre is the final stage). So now they just sit with a done project which means all that is left is marketing and releasing... Which isn't their greatest strenght by any means so now we just wait for them to finish their crash course in marketing.. but then back on the positive side, we have Paul's interview from a couple years back when he said that the time between an album announcement to it's release date can't be long due to these new consumer times. So all in all, album this friday!!
