Mar 29, 2024 na. consciously slowing his flow down, making the delivery and schemes sound effortless again (without using a weird accent). I think he sounds good on doomsday, especially over the remixed beat. And Not doing that horrible thing where he speeds up for no reason. rhyming well and hitting the concept at the same time. There's still corny bars i dont like but it does give me the slightest shred of optimism. Despicable is horrible ear grinding noise, calling people hoes, twats, and b------s. Just terrible. Chloraseptic remix was ok i guess. specifically the part where does his signature "ascending notes" production on the beat. speaking of that, i reckon he got the idea from Scott Storch when he added the extra parts in eminems verse on Fight Music. from then onwards he uses those ascending notes to enhance usually the last half of his third verses on songs. still does it now. usually a string sound. quick example of top of my head is start of Lloyd Banks verse on You Dont Know

You're on a song with another GOAT, a song that has been anticipated for over 20 years, and you deliver a verse like that? Are you high or just dumb bro? I have no idea how he doesn't comprehend how bad it sounds. From 2011 until now, I've lost count at the amount of times I've cringed from him ruining a verse or song by referring to his poop or fast food. Its lazy, unfunny and ruins the experience of the song. I swear no one does it as much as him. "It's just for fun, not everything is meant to be serious!" It's not entertaining or witty though. Keep those tracks to yourself.
