Last year, Em served the spaghetti to frontline workers at Henry Ford and DMC hospitals. Both the pop-ups and the new restaurant are a partnership with Union Joints, owner of Union Assembly. Wondering what’s on the menu at Mom’s Spaghetti? Well, “spaghetti, meatballs, spaghetti with meatballs, or no meatballs, and the s’ghetti sandwich,” according to the phone line connected with the eatery. Sep 27, 2021 A spaghetti restaurant opened where I live (in Canada), and has been seeing lineups daily around dinner time. They make really tasty food and everything on the menu is $10 or less. I think the pricing/uniqueness will be the biggest factor in whether the store succeeds or fails.
