He went 4x platinum in 2004 alone with Encore. After his feud with Benzino which was in late 2003. That court date was a nearly a year prior to before encore even came out. He put out 2 albums and a Shady records compilation after the tapes and before his comeback with relapse. Every stan that was there knows this. What are you talking about put out no music since? He had a Global hit with Akon with Smack that in like 2006 too.
