Dec 12, 2023 The “theme” seemed like it a little but I have always said side A was his most complete album since relapse. It seemed less like just a list of songs and more like an album. The Hitchcock skits kinda helped it seem like that to me. Also imo side A is his best since relapse.

Dec 12, 2023 I don’t think so. I don’t see a core concept, just random tracks while Alfred/Murdering is sprinkled throughout. Where as relapse told the story of a serial killer starting from his horrible childhood, to committing serial killing acts in a progressing order (besides 3AM being first on the track list where he is clearly a fully developed 5 star giga killer). While sprinkling in tracks about his life and issues with drugs.
