Been a fan of Kanye since college dropout came out and he’s dropped a lot of classics and put on some of the best shows I’ve ever been to so I know what he’s capable of

Oct 15, 2023 Guns Blazing makes me realize that Eminem can make good relationship songs. The difference between this one, and the rest of the horrible ones, is that it comes from a real place. It’s actually one of my favorite recent Eminem songs because we see him channeling emotions again, and taking it from a legit situation. The fictional stuff can go, no one needs that (unless he’s doing a concept album, then he can do whatever he wants. To Stan A Butterfly?) In general, him rapping from any real place of frustration, sadness, happiness/reminiscing, beef etc easily makes the better songs. Even from his classics, everyone loved how much of an open book he was and how well he channeled his thoughts to the pad. He’s so closed off now that he limits himself to how much he channels his emotions in the music.
