Sep 9, 2021 I never realized just how f---ing technical Eminem can get until last night when I decided to watch one video after an other of some dude reacting Eminem songs and breaking down the bars. It's crazy the amount of stuff that flew over my head and probably a lot of other peoples heads as well. The level of word play/homonyms, and intricacy that went behind every bar is f---ing insane sometimes. And a lot of them are from songs he has done in recent years too. Despite how you feel about Em's music, there is no denying that the level at which his lyricism is at is light years ahead of 99% of rappers and beyond most people's comprehension. And this is not me having a stan moment. I always knew Em was technical af but never got the full scope of it until spending a few hours watching breakdown videos of his bars. When you take the time to sit down and analyze every bar that's when you catch the crazy amount of word play and different meanings behind a lot of them. My guy deserves a f---ing giant statue or murial or some s--- when he passes away. Dude is like Einstein of rap and sadly most people will only understand the level at which is lyrical skills are at once he dead.

Blew me away with every hidden meaning of killshot, killshot was a title of a movie where a police Marshall kills a character named Colson (mgks last name) and then the whole leathal injection 6 ft deep etc. His current music has so many layers that's it's mind blowing how one guy can have so much random a--- knowledge.

Sep 9, 2021 @Wreckless people can hate on Em all they want but saying he isn't the best lyrically is crazy to me but him having such an amazing talent doesn't mean his actual music is 10/10 like me and @BIGFOOT were talking about. Ems talent is god level but his music suffers because of it it's too complex and isn't always fun to listen to, right now I'm on my skip anything Eminem phase.
