I would’ve also been fine with Pusha or Future winning. DJ Khaled shouldn’t even be considered lmao I’m not a Harry Styles fan or anything but I decided to check the album out, and I think it’s solid for what it tries to do. It’s inspired by 70s pop and rock. There’s quite a few cringey lyrics though and abrupt walls of sound that come near the end of certain songs where all the instruments clash and aren’t mixed very well. It’s definitely not AOTY. Renaissance by Beyoncé, on the other hand, was incredible. It’s beautifully crafted house/dance pop with nonstop energy all the way through.
