They like that type of content because they feel they can relate to what's going on in their lives with their love interests. My friends (both women and men) listen to him a lot and upload pics on IG with his music and lyrics like all the time. So much so that sometimes it made me question if I was missing out on anything. People like that feeling of "OH MY GOD s--- THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I'M GOING THROUGH WITH THIS GIRL/DUDE".

Sep 21, 2022 Disagree. People are not listening to his music and thinking, wow this is thought provoking. Like Marsh and Mike said, who are fans of him. It is popular and party music which relates to people who like that music but will soon move on to the next big thing. He is just the hottest artist at the moment that is making the same music we’ve heard for years in that genre. Catchy hook, dancing ladies, load of cars, big feat artists, signing about love and women in a degrading way. He is a clone of Daddy Yankee for example, who was a clone of someone before and so on. The genre is popular, no one denying that, cool. It’s just terrible, uninspiring and the music is repetitive. Couple of years time, Bad Bunny popularity will fall dramatically and likes of Marsh be talking about the next popular thing and saying how Bad Bunny has fallen off. Put money on it. I legit not heard of him apart from this forum and checkin him on YouTube.

Which is fine, there are plenty of others. Thought provoking music is good but boring a lot of times for different occassions. Bad bunny is great party music and for the summer , popular for different reasons.
