Sep 14, 2022 What it sounds like is that encore was almost done by the time the tracks were leaked. After the tracks being leaked it made Em replace like half the album. What I do not get is that Em makes is always sound like he had to run back to the studio quickly record 4 or 5 songs and shove the album out, in reality there was a whole year between the leaks and the album release. I always thought the tracks that leaked were the first few songs recorded for encore. But if Em is talking about the original tracklist then it was close to completion in mid 2003
