Sep 14, 2022 There’s plenty on MTBMB even some on Kamikaze where he raps his a--- off and has replay value until this day. He literally said the good album thing was subjective. Obviously he’s not tryna go in the studio and just make trash music with great bars.
Sep 14, 2022 He's already yelling on the fifth track that sounds like a leftover collab from his session with Ed. The album has great songs though, I don't hate Side A at all, but if I have to listen front to back, it's going to be to Side B.
Sep 14, 2022 Drake can be catchy but he's also bland, we're just describing what makes a good artist at this point lol.
Sep 14, 2022 So he said it!!! He doesn't need to release albums anymore so if he feels good about it, he'll do it... Stop waiting
Sep 14, 2022 "he sent us back two things, that were great... one was that monster hook" May get another Juice WRLD feature at some point.. https://www.instagram.com/tv/CigIzjKJY6q/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y=
Sep 14, 2022 Rap is literally a subset of music. The primary objective of music is to "sound good". What you're saying and how you're saying it is important too. That's where song-writing comes in. Em has not released a song in ages where he's rhyming like he's rhyming on Till I Collapse, Renegade and Bully: Masterclasses in how to construct complex yet disciplined rhyme schemes with an immaculate flow and delivery while creating good music and saying something at the same time. So where does the argument of him being a "better rapper" today than his prime comes from when the public opinion at large strongly disagrees with this take? Em was a better rapper when he knew how to balance technicalities and sound, not today. He's like a footballer today who keeps showing off his skills without discipline on field and can neither clear a single defender nor can score a goal. That's not a good footballer, that's just a footballer who can be potentially good if he focusses more on scoring instead.
Sep 14, 2022 I do hope he’s got something else lined up. This is a lot of promo for CC2. From the pod to XXL, idk seems like a bit much but who knows with shady
Sep 14, 2022 He said at this point he's had all the biggest moments and achievements and plaques and whatever so he doesn't really rap for that anymore. Like he could retire and it would be an amazing career, so it's not about having to release something but wanting to. And it's pretty clear that he wants to
Sep 14, 2022 Eminem should just release singles at this point, one or 2 songs from time to time to please the fans, there would be no pressure to deliver a masterpiece album
