He keeps going to females for hooks, or pop stars, the songs don't even blow up, they are just there as filler, and the excess of humor at his age can also be a bad thing. Jun 9, 2022 The great Gatsby was released on 1st May 2013. The soundtrack was released on 6th May 2013. But the first single released two weeks before. Elvis will be released on 24th June 2022. Jun 9, 2022 No song with Skylar Grey ever blew up, same for most the pop collabs on Revival and the Jesse Reyez tracks. Putting Ed Sheerans name on a track still gets numbers, but it's not like current hip hop doesn't have anyone who can deliver a good hook. Godzilla hook >>>>> all the pop s---. Also if its all about sales just drop a single + announcement a week in advance so idk if that's really the reason or he's just into that pop stuff for some reason lol. I mean of course the man can do whatever he likes, it's just weird comparing his music and his interviews non-stop praising classic hip hop and fellow rap legends. He could get them on his albums, but rather goes with Ed Sheeran.
