    i mean i tend to think yes, because when you take Original audio and Compress it into a MP3 format it tends to detreated the quality.
    my school has this $1.5M studio. I was lucky enough to listen to Princes Purple rain audio files and it sounded so good.
    but id tend to agree that CDs have a better sound quality, it may not be much better.
    that all comes down to Bit rates and such.
    CDs tend to sound more brighter and clearer.
