So for a white guy to come out and rap in a way that depicts he can kinda understand the community, and sides with them, is cool as f--- to me, that's how I see it anyway
Jan 17, 2022 Eminem was rebranded as clean and who once was considered a legend, is now coming back as an underdog due to the reception of Relapse. Recovery was branded as Eminem's internal struggles, as opposed to the external struggles of the MMLP or TES.
Jan 17, 2022 Because it was Jampacked with a dumb pop features aside from a great verse from Lil Wayne. I love and hate recovery because after recovery dropped Eminem held onto that pop sounding style for so long. I also prefer calm relaxed non-yelling voice versus angry at the air get off my lawn yelling voice. To be fair though recovery didn’t give us going through changes spacebound so bad seduction etc love-hate relationship
