Jan 17, 2022 i dunno if em would bother reaching out to get a verse from kanye. not to say i don't think he likes kanye, but he definitely prefers working with legitimate MCs (dre being the exception) and kanye doesn't write half of his verses.

But to give you an answer: Because then their artists would be competing against each other. Em got a bigger fanbase than dre. And dre hasn't released anything in almost 7 years, And it's not like they can do whatever they want, interscope probably has to approve the release-schedules.
