Nov 16, 2021 I honestly don't think we are getting anything from the guy until after the Super Bowl. I could see Dre dropping his album the Friday of the Super Bowl and riding the hype afterwards. All of those guys sales are going to benefit a s--- ton from that performance

Nov 16, 2021 Glad this thread is more active. I wasn't really motivated to only post info for Marsh. Anyhow, earlier in the year the idea was that he wanted to complete a trilogy and from what I understood he really liked the Hitchcock stuff. It was set for mid December like his last 2(planned) releases. All of that was believable to me except for the Side C stuff only because it doesn’t really make sense. Although I liked that idea a FEW people that I trust have indicated that I might have got the trilogy wrong. Personally I hope that's not true and he sticks with Side C or does something entirely different. However if he just renames the album you know what but keeps the same content the same I won't be too mad. Dre is still February 18th I'm inclined to believe Eminem is coming next month. With ALL of that said I've kept really quiet because I think all of this is centered around Dre and they could leaking bs information this year and it's all smoke and mirrors so that Dre is the surprise. From a personal standpoint I'm really hoping this is ALL bs and Dre just releases his album next month. The thought of him putting stuff out through the GTA update really scares me because if the response is lukewarm we know Dre won't have any hesitation scrapping the album. Eminem next month. Dre in February. Kendrick Spring/Summer 2022. Again with Dre in the picture I'd take all of this with a GIANT grain of salt.
Nov 16, 2021 If he planned on doing a trilogy then he really should of released side B as a stand alone. Ad promoted it better. nmlp3 would probably be better. But that title shouldn’t be easily used as it was for mmlp2. That album had no business being called that.
Nov 17, 2021 Calling the album MMLP2 is one of his biggest mistakes in his career. Still wouldn’t have covered it’s flaws with the album being all over the place with million different styles and songs on it but at least it wouldn’t have that name attached to it.
