Nov 11, 2021 Because it’s like Relapse didn’t exist. To the casual fan, LTWYL was the first time they heard of Eminem in a long a--- time and that was his comeback. Maybe I’m over exaggerating because I just hated that time period of when that song come out and how it ruined my overall perception of Recovery. As years gone by it’s slowly wavered and it’s a solid album to me now but d--- that song.
Nov 11, 2021 We Made You was quite a big, known song but yeah, probably not many people checked Relapse.
Nov 11, 2021 Ok man, but people love it and it's diamond. Em has waaaaay worse songs than that, that the rest of us have to pretend didn't happen. You remind me of people that don't like a song cause it blew up. You unignored me real quick you never learn, man I'm gonna leave you here a picture that pretty much confirms the beggining of your history quoting me. Cudi dressing as a woman again
Nov 11, 2021 Now people didn't check Relapse cause Recovery was bigger? lol We Made You used to be on MTV 24/7 and the promo for Relapse was dope. So what if he dropped a huge album with huge singles after? Maybe people can relate more to his human stuff than serial killer/r--- content I don't get your trauma with LTWYL, you know how many rappers made hits with Rihanna? people act like she only worked with Em. And he says I'm the one that didn't listen to the old albums lol, but killing your wife and the mother of your child in songs is not domestic abuse for him Lady by him and Obie was pretty f----- up too.
Nov 11, 2021 LTWYL is one of the most disgusting songs ever and that from my favorite artist who used to make fun of cheesy pop trash. It was like a punch in the face and I perfectly remember how everyone started making fun of Eminem for that s--- and how he lost tons of respect from his old fans. Sure he gained new fans and got mainstream radio housewives to play it, but at what cost? It was all a down spiral from there wich ultimately lead to Revival, where everyone just had enough of this crap. Glad he redeemed himself since 2018 tho and seems to be on a great musical path now!
Nov 11, 2021 I don't like Revival or MMLP2 and I just listen to the other albums, I don't see the big deal. People (haters) also say he hasn't dropped a good album in 10 years, they don't just hate on Recovery.
Nov 11, 2021 Marsh I can school you on Eminems music all day as you’re so f---ing clueless, so where do I begin?. Lots of Eminem songs that are big hits and are amazing like Not Afraid, Stan, Without Me, TRSS, Rap God and so many others. Not the reason why I don’t like the song. LTWYL is not a good song and everything that came with it after it came out has tarnished his future albums and tried to chase it until it ultimately failed. You only like the song because it was a hit, this is your mindset so I expect nothing less from you. Ahhhh right Didn’t know a fictional, murdering tale about his wife was covering the topic of domestic abuse and was a prequel to LTWYL. How about actually listen to the music and study his art before you make yourself look silly in these arguments? The song is annoying and goes against everything I hate about his music. You became a fan after the song came out so no wonder you didn’t get anything I’ve just said. Any time you want a lesson about his music, tag me please mate. Thanks.
Nov 11, 2021 Marsh you are the last person to laugh about a guy wearing a dress. Should I remind you of the photo you posted?
Nov 11, 2021 You ever heard about non physical abuse? The songs are nice but f----- up at the same time. And stop acting like an Eminem expert lmao a lot of us been listening for decades, who cares. Stop worrying about what other Em fans enjoy and a decade old song. Em might be sharing the stage with Nas in 9 days and you're here whinning about 2010 Em (his second peak btw)
Nov 11, 2021 Those are pics Ricky stole from Santa Closet and posted them in my account I'm just saying that some people were saying Cudi wasn't gay for doing things like this. It's obvious at this point he's Team Nas X.
Nov 11, 2021 I’m just an expert at schooling you like everyone else that debates you. How is recovery his second peak? Take the floor Marshy. Explain.
Nov 11, 2021 Short explanation. Em blew up, fell off after TES even though his popularity and sales were still up. He came back with Relapse, and then blew all the way up with Recovery again. It's been ups and downs since then.
Nov 11, 2021 So his second peak is just based on on big he is at the time and what big songs he has on rotation?. What’s about the music? No mention of his music what same ever in your explanation. Madness.
Nov 11, 2021 Better singles and collabs. He made some of his best post come back collabs during the Recovery era. Nowadays he works with someone and I barely care, even when he worked with Nas, I was worried. Recovery era was something else. And I love the album like plenty of people did. Forever Wayne collabs Airplanes pt 2 The collabs that were kinda meh were with G-Unit (50 and Banks)
