If you were a rap fan you would know the term “record” refers to one song and not an entire album. Lots of eminem fans are casual rap fans and only a casual would say JayZ is no good. You can be a rap fan and say Jay is over rated and I’d disagree with that too, but to say he isn’t good? Blasphemy.
