One thing I appreciate a lot about his music that I feel like he hasn’t been doing a lot lately is little easter eggs in the instrumental that fit whatever bar he’s going for.

Even if the songs not your cup of tea, if you honestly take yourself back to the time when Em was punning all over Rick Rubin rock riffs, doing awkward spoken word poetry with Beyonce or flowing choppy with an ed Sheeran chorus you'd have killed to hear a verse and delivery like this from him.
