    Started to feel like tomm afternoon real possibiliy cuz thts face.     That’s not what happened SL got taken down by @Dev One After UMG threatened him because they hosted download links it had nothing to do with the FBI or MMLP2

    Ah, yes I forgot Koolo didn't own the server for SL right?

    Perhaps this story got exaggerated over the years. I've heard the FBI story mentioned here multiple times.

    I'm fairly sure it was because of MMLP2 however, I stand by that. I remember Koolo and the SL crew moved over to TRShady for a week or 2 after the shutdown, before he created this site. Like right after MMLP2 dropped.

    It wasn’t because of MMLP2 there was a whole sub forum for download links and UMG issued a DMCA takedown to Dev One and he closed the forum and there was not a mass exodus to trshady just a few members
