    He’s got to put out another single. One that creates hype, I think Rap God was released before MMLP2 right? I know that created a ton of hype online. IMO that’s what he needs for this to be successful hype/sales wise.

    I think berzerk rap god and the monster were all released before the album. He normally has a huge gap between first single and release date that he can fit 3 singles and usually a music video for each single all before the album comes out.

    So yeah, the promo for this album is like they don't wanna seek any attention. They don't want to many ppl to know about the album. Almost as if they wanna sell less than before. I don't know wtf is wrong with them. Really no promo of the actual album at all. Curious to see what they actually had in mind.

    actually its ems way out if they had so much promo for this it would be popular asf al sudden ems back in the spotlight again this is the end its smart tactic

    Not sure I get the point. He is already on spotlight with EMAs and SNLs but his album is not. Except that new album is coming stuff on EMAs he barely promotes this. I can't see a logical reason behind this.

    No, they were dropping hints with the Revival site etc to get the hardcore fanbase excited...but now they’ve only just officially announced the album to the masses.

    So the real promo is between now & December 15th. We have 2 weeks where we will most likely get a single, the cover art, tracklist, a few interviews, more billboards spotted (possibly with Em on them now that it’s been officially announced), and maybe even a TV appearance all leading up to the album release.

    Basically, in these next 2 weeks they will make sure everybody knows that Eminem is about to drop some new s---. Don’t judge the promo on all this Revival website s---..that was them teasing us.

    If it’s an album of Em rapping like that then I’m done listening to him.

    Not like they wanted to seek any attention?
    There are billboards all over London and a few week ago there were images in the US.

    The job was well done (could have been better) and in all honesty there are no 'rules' in terms of advertising. The internet caught on to their subtle plans very quickly and that's all you need these days.

    Always loved his verse here and the song as a whole. The song always came off to me as something we’d never hear him on for some reason idk why.
