    I'm pretty sure album. He also said dre was more involved not which even adds more credibility

    Why would one particular song be in the 11th hour? It's the album that is in the 11th hour because there's a deadline so it's just a track they're working on really late to go on the album.

    It means that the song dre is working on they both really like and would like it to make the album but the deadline from the label to turn the album I. is fast approaching hence the 11th hour
