Oct 8, 2020 Nothing wrong with pop on it’s own. It is what it is, disposable catchy music, it serve its purpose. But I don’t want someone as talented & capable as Em to stoop to that level, he doesn’t need to & can do so much more. Other rappers can make decent crossovers when they stay in hip hop & make the pop star change genres but Em attempts to make pop music whenever he works with them & it ends up distasteful.
