Dec 14, 2020 Ehhhh I was mostly bored by this point while movie is Utter dogshit garbage. Rise of skywalker ruined the new trilogy hard stop lol. Last Jedi is imperfect but has a lot going for it and stands on its own two feet imo like now u see mando new season has to cover and explain the plot holes of Tros lol

Man, this is the first time I've seen anybody claiming this lol Mandalorian is doing to sequels what prequels did to OT, so I'm fine with that. People used to hate prequels back when they came out and look at us now, we're loving them.

Dec 14, 2020 I never understood the Star Wars hype tbh. Watched a Phantom Menace several times as a kid. Liked it. Then I didn't see any Star Wars movies until a couple years ago when I decided to watch the first one (A New Hope). It was good. But not good enough to make me want to watch the other ones.

Dec 14, 2020 yeah I hear you - in dave filoni we trust rebels and clone wars def strengthened and improved the prequels. But those are at least their own movies sculpted by Lucas. There’s.....no point to the new trilogy. They negate the first six movies - derivative and pointless. Last Jedi at least tries to advance the ball but then f---ing jj totally ruined it with RISE. last Jedi > force awakens >>>> rise and not close
