Today he says stuff like, "Maybe if we hire more black cops, the crap stops" Like what lol? Dude has no nuance in his political s--- these days. Of course, he has the pen game still, as evident on songs like Darkness. But whenever it comes to his political s---, it feels as if a simpleton wrote them. This is why I believe he says some stuff just to pander to the core rap audience and not from his heart, of course, I can't know that for sure, but that's the vibe I get. He feels inauthentic when he talks about politics, that's all

Even in interviews he loses his temper when Trump is mentioned to the point where he can’t articulate himself & ends up regurgitating what he’s heard. Gun control is not a good idea in the USA. Socioeconomic issues cause events like that, not legal access to guns. Until there's major socioeconomic change including the wrongly-trained escalation g--- we call the police force, as well as ingrained cultural competition even in High School's, sensationalism that promote inferiority complexes, high economic instability due to low wages, lack of universal healthcare, undercover government sponsored drug importation leading to abuse & mass incarceration of low class citizens to prisons (private labour camps,) the list goes on. Nothing will stop these events from occuring, even gun control, a new form of terror will occur until the rooted issues America faces are addressed & people like Em look at these occurrences at face value when it's much more complex.
