He doesn't care about hip-hop culture, he is not a part of the culture and therefore he is not the Top 10 right now. Nobody calls him Top 10 because he is not even part of this culture. Snoop can say whatever he wants. Snoop doesn't have to be an Eminem fan like you are on this forum. Snoop appeared a decade earlier than Eminem. Eminem literally didn't even exist yet when Snoop released the first classic (Eminem only became Eminem in 1996).
