Just the fact that Eminem would go as low as calling Paul to have MGK shelved over a tweet makes Em look much worse. Making fun of his age saying he would call Trick Trick. Calling him out as the awkward insecure guy that would hold Rihanna's umbrella etc.. To me those are more personal and hit harder than things like i'm richer than you, I rap better than you, I made more money than you etc.. But not gonna argue with stans who can't think objectively. Again, I never said MGK won the beef. I just prefered his song more. No need to get butthurt about it.
Jan 3, 2021 Mgk had a valid reason to diss a hip-hop icon, but he wrote some lazy s--- and started to make excuses for himself after, eg "I wrote this in one day, I was on pills". Doesn't matter what he said about Eminem, it's about how he said it: mgk's writing lacked sharpness and creativity and was pretty toothless.

Mgk had a cute catchy little song and yeah it was good FOR HIM but that’s about it. Also I disagree with your overall premise because rap devil makes it clear that mgk is jealous of em and wants to be him and ems responce clowns the s--- out of him for that so if you look at the big picture it’s extremely clever.

As much as we like to clown JA Rule, that was hard. And EM decied to reply with DO RAE ME, which doesn't even have a verse by himself. Weird as f---. I rate Em as the #1 diss writer of all time by the way. But what was odd. I still think that if this s--- escalated, Em would destroy Snoop. But he'd have to go back to some Quitter/I Remember/Girls/Go To Sleep kind of diss. The energy, the flow, the lyrics, everything. If he went at Snoop with that rappity rap s---, or these complex rhyme patterns and schymes, it wouldn't work.
