Dec 24, 2020 I said a few days ago that I wonder if Black Magic was supposed to be the intro that originally led into Premonition. Both have that same screaming skit and it wouldve worked better with Premoniton.
Dec 24, 2020 I like it—It’s good but not great and definitely not better than SSLP lol. I think it’s easily his best work since Relapse. My biggest problem with it is when he does two normal length verses and does a third verse that just keeps going and yelling and rapping at warp speed and it feels like the song never ends. Tone Deaf and Alfred’s Theme especially really wear out their welcome, and Book of Rhymes is only saved because of the beat switch. Also, though many of the puns seem like they’re purposefully corny, they still get old fast (and it doesn’t help how much people gas lines that could be written by Big Sean) I don’t listen to Eminem like that anymore so I probably won’t give it too many more spins but I think he did a great job with it for the most part. The tighter track listing helps, as does the variety of production/songs—and he showed he’s still capable of making music that actually sounds like it could have been made during is prime (Discombobulated). Best: Zeus Discombobulated Book of Rhymes These Demons Gnat Worst: Black Magic She Loves Me Killer Favorite b---- He dropped some single this year but last album was Harverd Dropput
Dec 24, 2020 Lmfaoooooooooo. The whole album literally consists o The screaming is from Alfred Hitchcocks album, just used it again.
Dec 24, 2020 Very interesting Lil Pump and Benzino both dissing Em. Pump probably saying thus because if the new updated bad sauces of side B. Have a look at the video I posted above from YouTube.Benzino made a new track called it music to be blessed by and even copied the artwork from Em’s album but just changed the words!
Dec 24, 2020 Em probably spends a line on it on whatever song he's releasing in the future. That or he references to it in a music video that hasn't been recorded yet.
Dec 24, 2020 Lol MGK dropped an entire diss track that got 100+ million views. Em is not going to respond to this and if he does, it's going to be a line in a song like someone mentionned.
Dec 24, 2020 I kind of hope Em doesnt respond but in a way Eminem is at his best when someone talks s---. He is almost definitely going to respond to it though probably on his next feature next year.
Dec 24, 2020 It's funny how more and more people feel safe dissing Eminem these days. How times have changed. People used to be afraid to bring up his name or say anything remotely negative.
Dec 24, 2020 MGK recorded an actual diss and it was pretty scathing and took some shots at him that everyone had always been afraid to say publicly. In all honesty I would love it if lil pump recorded an actual Eminem diss because it would be hilarious.
Dec 24, 2020 Its not a coincidence that they only do it when they need some attention. Pump has nothing to lose at this point he just did it for some clout
Dec 24, 2020 Of course they're allowed to be depressing..."Stan" is depressing without the music being super obviously depressing. Posters were mad that "Darkness" didn't crack Fantano's top 10 singles...I'm just giving em some reasons why.
Dec 24, 2020 The more Em responds the more vulnerable he becomes. He used to not respond to stuff like that which kind of added to his aura. Made it seem like he's so big it didn't even get on his radar. When he responded in any way or mentionned your name it was something special. It meant you were worthy. Nowadays he responds to just about anybody. And by aknowledging their existence he's giving these people more power. Like when he name drops Charlamagne or anyone who speaks about him negatively it just makes him look weak and shows that it clearly affects him.
