Concretely prove yourself with a few indisputable facts (ie @M Solo providing the name of We Made You, @Koolo's whole career) or B. Keep what you know to yourself and perhaps a few friends and post nothing publicly so you can keep having access to that info and don't get cut off for leaking Most people choose option B. Flaunting that you have info and then doing nothing to concretely prove it is a zero sum game—don't understand why anyone would do that unless they're lying.
