    Yeah that’s the major hole in the theory. But if it sets him up for an alley-oop that he otherwise couldn’t have made, then was it worth it?

    Alex Da Kid knew the album was done in January 2017 yet they waited all year & botched all the promo & even the release as if it was rushed, if there was no smoke & mirrors, it’s the strangest album drop of all time.

    MMLP2 is nowhere near as bad.

    Both messes as albums.

    However MMLP2 still has a ton of great songs, amazing rapping and moments. Revival has a couple of good songs and even those aren't enjoyable to listen to.

    album out in mid or by the end of october. Nothing more, nothing less.

    Only other thing we got was the producer of one song. Not sure who it was and who said it but @Guma confirmed it

    evil twin is a good concept and I like it but rhyme or reason and brainless >>>>>

    Also groundhog day is cool. Mmlp2 is not bad to me but it didn't have standouts on the level of like deja vu, gtc, fall, ringer etc

    Another relapse type album
    The final 3 persona Album with the concept I have in my head (it’s pretty much also a relapse of album)

    MTBMB = Kamikaze > MMLP2 > Recovery > Relapse > Revival

    That's how I would rank albums after his hiatus. I'm not a Relapse fan, but I can see why people love this album so much. I appreciate songs like Stay Wide Awake, Deja Vu or Underground, but it wasn't my vibe. It was cool back when it dropped, but it aged poorly for me. I like MMLP2 tho, it's very underrated. I like how lyrical Em was on that album, he wrote his a--- off on this. Kamikaze and MTBMB are equal like I said it the other thread. Revival felt more like a mixtape, it was just mess. He tried to put do mamy different styles on one album, but you know how that ended.

    I think his new album will be at MTBMT level and I'm okay with that. His calm flow is a good hint that we may get something great. I hope there won't be too much political talking, but time will tell.

    That's the s--- I want the most. Don't judge me lol. Not necessarily as thick as an accent as on Bagpipes from Baghdad though lol. More like Stay Wide Awake, Buffalo Bill, Same Song & Dance kind of songs as well as unreleased Hello type of songs (if any exist). But yeah that plus transition era so late 2009.

    When Relapse dropped he said in an interview that there's material for 3 albums, but they decided to narrow it down to 2. So we're missing a lot of songs, and even if that is 7 out of 16 that you said, there's still 9 songs to be heard and I want them all.

    Buffalo Bill really is great.

    I kind of wish we could've seen a world with the late 90s to Relapse Em in this type of atmosphere. Imagine MMLP being released today. There would be mobs in front of his house prolly cause of the song criminal lmao.
