    I’d love that but to me he’s already that. Songs like Godzilla and unaccomadating fit that description to me and I LOVE Both songs, they’re fun to rap along to and have a ton of replay value, but that’s perfect for MTBMB or a regular album. For some reason I want his retirement album to just be reflective and personal, and for his core fan base, not for the current climate. It’s selfish but I want it to have sentimental value haha. A lot of stans would want him to go eminem show style I bet beat/production wise

    A blend of Kami and Relapse. Flows, aggression (Ringer), a bit of fun here and there (Must Be the Ganja, Hello, Kamikaze), some conceptual storytelling (Stay Wide Awake), some personal stories (Stepping Stones, Deju Vu), cheeky jabs at the state of the game (Fall), some braggadocio (Greatest) you kinda get the idea. I think MTBMB actually accomplished this in a lot of ways, but I'm always on board to hear new approaches to these kinds of things.

    A lot of people say Revival as an EP wouldve been a near-classic and I'm inclined to agree. Believe, Chlora (Remix), Nowhere Fast, Franed, Castle, Arose tick a lot of boxes of things I'd like to see more from modern Em.

    I'm sure Em is genuinely doing this from a good place, but he should just stay in his own lane imo.

    Yeah, someone can dig up my post. I said there would be a deluxe edition (which is what this is, quote me on this come Friday) I talked about how his samples finally cleared so that’s what a lot of these songs will be.

    I’m doing great. Just recovering from the Covid and praying for some snow! Worst start to a ski season I’ve ever seen in my entire life.

    Predictions on how many albums Em got left in him?

    I'd go with 3.

    It's just crazy to me that most of my favorite artists or whoever used to be my favorite artists are all in their 40s, nearing 50 and could retire soon.

    I’m hearing ya brother, this year has been f----- for everyone, including myself. I’m doing okay though, looking forward to hopefully a better year in 2021. I’m always around, I just don’t post a lot anymore. I’ll definitely be here when the album drops though. Your reviews and @Koolo’s legendary first reactions are why I could never leave!
