There are definitely some bad songs and some average ones but an 1 or 2 for some songs is overreacting the same way people give lighters a 10 lol

Yeah walk on water is not something I listen to in the car or something (and pick it apart!!) but it was a great opening imo. Dope hook, writing was great and even though the song wasn't that interesting to listen to it was written from the heart. I appreciate that.

I think “This is Love” was gonna be the lead single instead of “We Made You” I just get lead single vibes from it…

who knows, maybe even a Relapse 2 first single, but f--- me, I love this track!

I know that the first CC didn't feature stuff like 'Till I Collapse as at the time it was way different, the singles had such an importance... but I can see that nowadays it ain't really the fact. This thread is not to judge if We Made You is a good or a bad track, it's just, considering its own history... Also no Framed neither... it was like the ONE single that halped Revival not sink even lower in 2K17! Anyways like I said I'm not here to say whether We Made You is a good or a bad track, same for Framed, Forever or All She Wrote, so please don't find my address and start sending me Anthrax filled mail you crazy mfs!!

Till I Collapse wasn't really hit or as popular as it was today back in the days.
You're right about We Made You. He probably hates that track and didn't wanna include it. 3 a.m. being there as a unsuccessful Relapse single and even more unsuccessful not even single tracks he put on that album is very very illogical. Only explanation is that Em hates it. It had heavy accents and it wasn't really that good of a fun song at all.

Is This Love is 100% rerecorded verses, sounds nothing like his 09 voice - the hook sounds like they kept it from the 09 sessions tho.

The OG R2 was done when Relapse was done. He probably recorded songs soon after Relapse or new material for R2, which had change of direction before Recovery became its own thing, which I imagine would be the music they got their hands on.
