    you're 100% right and i'm changing my vote to for the love of money, which is even more forgettable

    btw, unpopular opinion: medicine man really sucks too, dre's verse is boring, the hook is bland and eminem's verse is so bad once he starts shouting (that beat too, yuck) that it actually makes the song unlistenable
    it's a shame because these 4 lines are intense in a way post-hiatus em verses have rarely been
    You felt my pain, it's almost like I poked voodoo dolls
    And I hope my spirit haunts the studios when I'm gone

    Honestly, I believe you. I also think Eminem is good on this song but the track as a whole kinda feels out of place. Still a nice song, but definitely one of the weaker ones as far as this album goes. Also not a fan of Dre's voice here. Feels kinda forced compared to his usual laid back flow.

    Medicine Man is my least favourite song on here and not for the reason you probably think. It just feels the least consequential and is kinda poorly sequenced breaking up Animals and Diary.

    Everyone’s gonna think I’m voting for it ‘cause of the Em verse regardless even though I consider that one of his better post-hiatus verses

    absolutely, but to be honest, snoop's verse is so, so, so good that i kinda just forget there's a first verse
    and it's my favorite beat on the whole album

    I remember when Dre signed this dude and I thought he was gonna be a huge cornball. All his pre-Dre music was scrubbed from the internet and I didn't care enough about someone named "justus" to dig deeper. But despite my hesitations I genuinely like his contributions to this album.

    One of Eminem's best post-hiatus verses, but song is too Eminemish for Compton. Song would be dope as a bonus or it would fit MMLP2 tbh, but not Dre album.

    relistening to the album, this line from it's all on me:
    "Now it's '91 and Snoop Dogg came to visit and was like
    "What up cuz? Let me show you what this chronic like"
    Couldn't help myself, just had to dip into that chronic life    "
    is probably one of the best on the album the way it's delivered.

    @The Shape you should do Documentary 2 next since it has a few Compton cuts on there and is also an overlooked great album from 2015

    if darkside doesn't win we riot, one of the best songs of the past decade. one shot one k--- is great but its more middle tier for me

    talk about it is top 5 on the album @The Shape

    I hope one shot one k--- or darkside wins this
    the cube song was crazy too, kinda forgot about it but it's a special song for sure

    but there are some forgettable tracks as well ; "it's all on me" is one of those and I vote for it
    (pls don't mention me for next rounds, i won't vote everytime i think)
