I think the mental illness aspect is the root that we should be focusing on. First thing is protecting Asian americans though.. We just also need to be careful not to censor criticism of China as a nation.

The plot of the movie starts when a prostitute laughs at a cowboy for having a small d-ck and it starts a chain of events that starts with the cowboy slashing the sex workers face and ends with a dozen deaths.
