Tbf I don't hear much in rotation around for GNX anymore either, I'm only outside outside like that in more rock and metal crowds though so I'm not the best anecdote.

Iceman's alright, still pretty bloated though but much better than all the other s--- he'd been throwing at us the last 7 or 8 years, I'm still not sure I'll ever go back to it though

The Album Of The Week thread is super fun but I know a decent amount of people dropped out cause it wasn't solely hiphop. But other than that, the Em thread, and Mr Myers horror movie thread there hasn't been much else lately.

Iceman is honestly Drake’s first important album since Scorpion. You could pretty much skip everything in between and not really miss much.

A lot of the songs moved a lot on iceman other than some of the more monotone ones so it didn't bother me as much but god a lot of the r&b cuts across the albums could have been cut down to 2 or 3 mins

If anything, I think it’s proof that I’m not as biased as people thought I was. They thought I was a full on Kendrick dickrider, but if I truly enjoy Drake’s music I’m not gonna pretend I think it’s bad. I obviously prefer Kendrick and think he won the battle by a landslide and had the better album, but I also enjoy this new Drake music quite a lot and I’m not gonna stop myself from enjoying it just to be some glazer like some of these weirdo geeks on the internet do

Drake’s music has never made me feel the way The Fall Off did. I’m not kidding when I say listening to The Fall Off caused me actual mental pain because of how boring it was. It was legit exhausting for me to get through and I almost got a headache. That type of experience is rare. Actual mental torture. Might sound like I’m being harsh or exaggerating but I’m being deadass. And it’s a shame because I loved The Off Season from J. Cole.

Drake does this thing where everytime he tries to have a "hype" moment he ends up whispering the same line over and over again like it's 3am and he's trying to not wake his parents up and get yelled at
