Kendrick Lamar Do you prefer Kendricks GKMC or TPAB rapping voice?

    Seriously? His delivery was one of my biggest problems on that album, always thought it needed more charisma, love S80 for pretty much everything else though....

    I prefer the raspier post-GKMC delivery. The one found on his features like Jig Is Up, Nosetalgia, Control, and more recently of course, on the TPAB album.

    The raspy voice from some tpab songs like king kunta and tbtb has really grown on me... Also the voice he uses on "on me"

    Dunno if amy of you have noticed, but I fell like jay-z has changed his voice over the years. As for kendrick, I fell like the s80/gkmc songs sometimes lacked some emotion in the voice, for emaple keisha's song or hiipower were beautifully done, but the 3rd sing about me verse could have used some mortal man type of voice IMO. Tpab voices were always on point, u, tbtb or for sale were amazing voice-wise to me.

    i dont think the GKMC voice lacked anything

    i just prefer TPAB era

    I prefer Pyrex/It's Alive voice. That s--- is evil as f---.

    But to be on topic, I prefer GKMC voice.
