Dec 14, 2020 also, while the data is limited there are studies that have shown people with both COVID and the flu are more than twice as likely to die than if they just have COVID, so if you haven’t gotten a flu shot yet you might wanna get that in the meantime. I’ve been putting that off but I’m gonna schedule one for this week if I can
Dec 14, 2020 Without a doubt—yes. People who have medical conditions that the vaccine may interfere with, understandable why you may want to wait/discuss with your doctor first. Everyone else, there’s no reason why you should put it off. It’s important to reiterate that vaccines go through rigorous trials testing. Thousands have already received the vaccine before it being made publicly available.
Dec 15, 2020 Yes. As someone who had it and know at least two people that have died from it. Im sick of it and wants this s--- over with.
Dec 17, 2020 I would say yes cause I want my life to get back to normal, sort of, but I had hepatitis B when I was 3 months old and my liver is week and I'm scared it will have some side effects. I don't know if they only tested this on completly healthy individuals. Literally in Romania they banned pregnant women and people with any sort of alergies from taking the vaccine.
Dec 17, 2020 I’ve had it (Pfizer one) already and had no side effects other than a sore arm for 24 hours. I believe and trust in the science so would say anyone offered it should have it.
Dec 17, 2020 I’d like to travel internationally when things go back to normal. I already know that airlines will make you show proof of having been vaccinated to fly so yeah I’ll get it at some point.
Dec 21, 2020 are you considered a "front line" worker or have some sort of underlying condition? Just curious. Feel free to not answer lol
Dec 21, 2020 Front line worker in UK (Scotland). They rolled it out really quickly up here for healthcare workers. Edit: But by no means am I very frontline, just day to day contact with low risk people
Dec 21, 2020 My stepsister got the vaccine yesterday as she's technically a first responder, she does Animal Control.
