I stumbled across a YouTube playlist of some really groovy s--- and it reminded me of how I used to love dancing when I was a child. The older I grew, the less I became comfortable with it. Now I don't dance at all. Prom was real lame for my date buhleeedat.

I'll slow dance wit a lady but anything else im out. s--- is too embarrassing imo

Dancing is great if you enjoy the music at uni parties etc, better than sitting there like a brick all the time with a drink in your hand, even if you don't have good moves or something. Ofc overdoing it will make you look like a weirdo, but a few moves during 2-3 songs every once in a while is fun, if you like the music and vibe to it. Being able to dance like crazy without feelings of remorse (for accidental kicks here and there) or embarrassement is very fun
and it got me laid once, the girl was a little bit crazy but hey
. Ofc a more active crowd around you is a must, and a couple of drinks can be amazingly encouraging.

@LasiK can you post the playlist?

I don't go clubbing or to any venues really meant for dancing. Not my kind of scene anymore.
I generally prefer to hang out with a tight knit group more so than a party full of randos anyway.

I literally can't dance to any other music than hip-hop/rnb. Whenever some electronic s--- comes on I always dance like it was In Da Club or some other hh b-----r.

Once I was at the punk/rock concert with my crush and I completely didn't know how to act. Other people were moshing, but I was standing in the middle of the crowd and was waving my hand like an idiot.

I don't know if it was more embarrasing or comical. Probably both.

I break out my version of Carlton at most concerts. Took a few before I was 100% comfortable.

f--- no dancing is so awkward. Even when people are "good" at it's cringeworthy as f---.
