    Messi is a more complete player and always has been. Ronaldo is a great goal scorer but he simply doesn't create chances and opportunities for his team like Messi does.

    Messi is the only answer. The only time Ronaldo was comparable was maybe back in 07/08.

    Messi can literally do everything. No doubt Ronaldo was amazing and definitely top 10 OAT, but he's regressed quite a bit and on the decline. Messi may have lost some of his explosiveness from his early days but his footballing brain is unparalleled.
