    No idea what 2021 DMX music will sound like but there’s been a lot of rumors swirling about him recording stuff. Supposedly he was well into the recording process when he died but who knows what that means exactly. I’m hoping the reason it’s already dropping is because he truly was basically finished.

    he has a song with pop smoke on it. That’s going to hit different. And I’m pretty sure he had a album done before he did a year in prison and then started over when he got out. But who really knows

    Yeah, that's true. He had time to finish it. Maybe he even picked the title and the artwork himself, but I don't really know what to expect.

    From what I heard it was basically done.

    We're lucky to get to hear new material he's been working on before he passed. An album with old material just wouldn't feel the same. At least with this, we know that's what he intended to put out. Most of it anyway. It beats getting an album full of old verses on beats he didn't choose.

    lol if this is good, I'll be happy as f---, but I need to hear it to believe it.

    He did look better though, more sober and happy than in the last couple of years.
