    You never know, it’s happened before. Just think of the odds of a crackhead becoming a worldwide rap icon lol very slim but it happened.

    I don't know if the information that is coming out is very accurate. The fact that he is alive is a good sign. I've delt with too many overdoes while working at an apt complex for 7 years. Its very haunting thinking about some of it but others make me hopeful. I was told multiple times that someone didn't have brain activity for X time (not a pun). 30 minutes is just a easy number for someone to throw around. I was told someone very close to me wasn't gonna make it and if so would be a vegetable. After weeks in a coma he came out fine and Doctors said it was a miracle. Just keep saying some prayers.. DMX is a fighter.

    Ofc i can know. I have said before if its 30 mins its done. There is no miracle for it. Usually when ppl recover its closer to 1-5 mins. Impossible for 30. Of there are cases its probably reported wrong

    Why would you do that though? It's kinda to say your goodbyes and let him pass. False hope is worse than closure.

    You say miracles, I say false hope. Personally I'd rather the closure. As I'm sure the vast majority would.

    A really bad comparison (because of the pun and I'm not comparing X's life here to an actual animal) but we make the decision as pet owners throughout our lives to put animals down because we know whatever life they live any further after an accident or age related issues will be horrific for them. We know it's better for them to allow it to end. Obviously Euthanasia isn't legal and stuff like "pulling the plug" wouldn't be offered of there was even a remote chance they may survive.

    I think we all kind of knew from the start there wasn't much hope. 30 minutes without oxygen, it would take a d--- miracle.
