Bliss I don't have any bitches

I been telling yall Meez is average. No diss to him, but with all the tools he has around him and studios he spends time in, his beats shouldn't sound like a f---ing 3-4 minute loop with 3 sounds max with most generic a--- 808 baselines. And that first track, beat is f---ing off, don't know how they arent hearing that. Drums off the sample in left ear are hitting later than the ones he added. Smh, I'm disappointed in this project, but mostly because of production. It's hard to save the track just by rapping. Cozz did his thing, there are a few lyrical gems based off one listen. Give Cozz Ron Gilmore and Ced to produce for him like they do for Bas and he would drop a top 10 project of the year.

The mixtape still has its positives. His unorthodox flows and hunger are impressive. And he brings us into his past and personal life more on tracks like City of God, Grow, GWBW and Guiness. We are finding out more of who Cozz is. Plus no Cole on the project so it's good to see he's stepping out on his own. He wants to build his fan base without Cole holding his hand.

Grey Goose threw me off. It's not that it's terrible or anything. It just completely threw me off. He rapped his a--- off for a few tracks and then he's crooning. Also the singing on Choice Today and Tell Me caught me off guard. But he's taking risks so that's a good sign. He just needs to polish those risks more. Clean up the melodies a bit...he should only do a portion of the melodies and an R&B singer for the rest. It'd sound much better.

Production does seem too similar from track-to-track. Cozz definitely needs to work with a variety of producers for his next project.

Just like I'm Tha Man and Ya Know Dat on Cozz N Effect, his strongest assets on here are making anthems and bangers. Who Said and Tabs are fun and dope tracks.

For a mixtape this is ok. I'm just glad he didn't think this was album quality (I'm IB does). The track with Boogie and the intro standout the most. Songs like Grow, Dreams, Knock Tha Hustle show his potential. He'll definitely grow overtime, he did just start rapping.

s--- is below average if you ask me.

He shines when he raps, I'm all for the melodies and hooks bridges whatever you want to call it.

BUT, I want to hear this kid RAP... not sing. couple songs that are just terrible but others ride. He has a great ability to ride a beat, I wish we got more of that. He spazzed on Backseat and Tabs....

He sounds like a worse Chance at times with his voice.... just my two cents.

Overall, disappointed with this. We all know he can come WAY harder.. Cozz N Effect is definitely better. Maybe working with Cole woulda been beneficial :idk:

Just listening now. Not a fan of this so far, I feel like "Choice Today" would have been a pretty good song if he actually rapped on it for more then 30 seconds. I am only on the song "Grow" which I believe was released before the mixtape with "My Side", probably my favourite songs so far, the intro was quite decent as well.

Yeah Cozz was disappointing on this. Nothing to do with production or anything else but him.

Yeah there are definitely some gems, but we already heard by far the best track in "Grow." Pretty much everything else comes up short including his attempts at singing. The rapping doesn't capture my attention like it did on Cozz N Effect either.

He definitely has a lot of potential, but he needs drastic improvement in songwriting.

Most of us have been talking about how Cozz is the best outta Dreamville so we can't deflect blame now. This is really on him. I think both Bas and Lute will easily drop better projects.

Lol this s--- better than C&E. You n----s got way too gassed off that project. He rapping exactly the same on here as he did on C&E. Nothing incredible just depending on if you vibe with the subject matter of the certain tracks.

This s--- will grow on yall if yall.keep.listening.

I like it alot. But i came with the mindset of what cozz will sound like. I didnt expect no kdot joey badass cole etc. I look at cozz in the same light as someone like t.i. they can rap but they make alot of songs you just vibe to in different moods
