Jun 10, 2016 He only plead guilty to one count of obstruction of justice or denying rights, something along those lines. The family also has a multi million dollar civil suit against the state and likely the officer himself, who probably won't ever be able to get a job again so no need to worry much. On top of that, prison isn't kind to police officers.
