    Now that I am on my work Wifi, every site seems to be working just fine. Does this mean it was intentionally blocked on my router?

    Either way, looks like Malwarebytes found some stuff from your computer, so either way it was good to do it. There was probably stuff that doesn't necessarily make a threat but slow down your computer

    Yes. A lot of networks have firewalls that block certain websites. Very common on school and library networks. There's various methods to bypass this, depending on the method they're using to block the sites you might have to get a VPN that costs $5-10/mo
